Arma Alerting

Written by Colin Little

Email Alert Rules enable administrators to receive notifications when specific events occur, such as backup or sync failures. These alerts can be delivered not only to individuals but also integrated with RMM, PSA, and Service Desk platforms, helping teams identify and resolve issues before they impact your clients. This ensures proactive monitoring and enables faster response times to potential problems.

This guide outlines how to navigate the alerting section, and how to create and configure an email alert rule using the available settings.

Navigation

To view Alerting, choose Alerting from the left-hand menu

To create a new Alerting Rule:

Alerting → Alerts → Add Rule

To quickly enable or disable a Rule (Status), edit a Rule, or delete Rules.

Alerting → Alerts

To view the Logs of previously run Rules

Alerting → Logs
